All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note: orders may take slightly longer during holidays or for personalized/custom items.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

International Orders (Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Asia)

We offer free shipping for all international orders (except the U.S.) via ELTA Greek Post, with registered mail and tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • For U.S. customers, please note that import tariffs on silver jewelry apply as of August 29, 2025, and are collected by customs upon delivery.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We take great care in shipping your jewelry, but delays can sometimes happen due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier issues.

  • If your order appears lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

  • For international orders, customs clearance can occasionally add extra time — thank you for your patience.
