The product itself is quite beautiful. However, it took one month to deliver (to the UK). This arrived far too late to give my partner as an anniversary gift. This was despite me following up about this to see the status of the product. In general, there was poor communication about the delivery details, I heard nothing for the first couple of weeks. Cancelling and returning the order after my anniversary had passed was then slow and tedious, requiring multiple follow up emails with Sirioti. This is not to mention that the cancellation also requires a tracked delivery paid for by myself that was close to 20 euro (and this has yet to include Greek customs). The time and service in case the order does not work out is not worth the effort.
