Within a week the bracelet snaped on one of links, if so it should have snaped by the ring near the lock. Sent a email to customer support 4 days ago, no answer.
As described beautiful piece, only thing it took close to 3 weeks from ordering to arriving in the US.

Great quality but I bought it to replace one that I had bought in Greece a year and a half ago and it's not as wide as my previous one. Still awaiting a response to my email to the company over 2 weeks ago.
